The coffee made at Bollo's is freshly brewed and the pastries are freshly made everyday. Since everything at Bollos Cafe is made from scratch and in-house, we have the ability to accommodate many popular dietary restrictions. We offer Gluten-Free options on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays as well as Vegan options every day of the week!
